Sugerencias para purgar el vapor en determinados alimentos:
Alimentos que requieran un tiempo de cocción corto:
Purgar el vapor rápidamente, de lo contrario, éstos prodrían cocerse
demasiado.
Hortalizas de cocción larga / sopas / carnes completamente sumergidas
en líquido / patatas / cereales / judías secas:
Purgar el vapor lentamente. ¡No enjuagar con agua!
(las patatas podrían romperse).
Carne (normal) / hortalizas / hortalizas congeladas / frutas frescas /
alimentos secos (sin judías):
Purgar el vapor de forma normal o rápida (para alimentos
precocinados congelados, hay que retirar primero la olla de la fuente
de calor y dejarla reposar durante un minuto).
Pescado / Arroz:
Purgado rápido del vapor
Alimentos pastosos o de alto contenido en grasa (p.ej. legumbres secas):
Purgado lento del vapor, sacudiendo ligeramente la olla antes de abrir la
tapa para que no salpique la comida.
Después de cocinar carne con piel, que puede levantarse por el
efecto de la presión, no pinchar la carne mientras la piel está todavía
hinchada, peligro de escaldamiento.
10. Indicaciones para la limpieza y el
mantenimiento de la DUROMATIC
En condiciones normales, la válvula se limpia por sí sola. Sin embargo,
si ha salido algo de alimento por la válvula, ésta deberá ser
desmontada y limpiada. (Ver cap. 10.1)
Los mangos o las asas que estén sueltos deberán ser atornillados
firmemente con un destornillador. Si surgen problemas, rogamos
ponerse en contacto con su distribuidor o con el Servicio Técnico de
KUHN RIKON. (Ver cap. 13)
Quitar la junta de goma de la tapa después de cada uso. Lavar
cuidadosamente la junta de goma asi como la tapa, especialmente
por su lado exterior.
