Cleaning and Care
• Disconnect the appliance from the main circuit and allow to cool before cleaning. The top part
of the base should only be cleaned with a cloth. Wipe the bottom part of the base with a damp
cloth. Never use steel scouring pads, abrasives or solvents.
• Make sure that no water is allowed to penetrate inside the appliance. Never immerse the
appliance in water. Handwash the individual pans, plastic spatulas and grill plate in warm
water with a little detergent.
• When storing protect the appliance against dust or dirt (packed in a plastic bag). Store the
appliance in a cool and dry place.
Tip
• Grill plate/Hot Stone: Steak, Scampi, Sausage or vegetable – all of them can be used if they
are well prepared. Please lubricate meat or fish with oil first before placing it on the grill
plate or the Hot Stone.
• Do not leave the pans on the hot grill plate after use. Left-over food in the pan will be burnt
on, making cleaning more difficult.
