Below you will find the operations which can be controlled via the keypads on BUS by accessing the installer menu with
a PIN code (default: 123456).
You can navigate between the various items by pressing the keys once you have entered the installer menu:
• ENTER: to enter the sub-menu.
• ESC: to exit the sub-menu and return to the previous menu.
• DOWN ARROW (SCROLL CLOCKWISE)/UP ARROW (SCROLL ANTICLOCKWISE): to move from one item to another
within the same menu.

Here is the list of installer menu configurations:
• System management: this item includes the sub-menus for managing the system;
- Alarm reset: selecting this item will stop all of the alarms, and the tamper and alarm memories will be deleted.
- Comm. Reset: selecting this item (you need to confirm it twice) will delete all of the communications which are
both active and queued (SMS, phone calls, e-mail etc.).
- System block: Press ENTER to access the three sub-menus:
1. Unblocked: routine operating mode.
2. Alarm block: block all alarm commands
3. Operation block: blocks all control panel operations.
• User management: it is possible to assign an RF-ID key to configured users from this menu.
• Event register: outlines the list of events which have taken place, along with their details.
• Fault status: outlines the list of faults in progress.
• Zone status: allows the status of the zones configured in the system to be displayed.
• Zone test: useful during system installation. This allows you to view the list of zones which have never been assigned
an alarm since the beginning of the TEST.
• Install. info: this menu includes the following sub-menus for managing data associated with the installer
- Change PIN: it is possible to change the installer PIN in this field.
- Description: changes the installer name.
- Number: changes the installer telephone number.
N.B: these last three parameters must be modified by using the keypad. Please refer to the diagram below for the list
of characters associated with the various keys.

Key = deletes the character entered previously. The equivalent to backspace on the PC keypad.
