Waffles belgas finos
Waffles estaladiços e fofinhos ao mesmo tempo.
Para 16 waffles
Tempo de cozedura: cerca de 5 min. a 5 min. e 30 seg.
500 g de farinha, ½ pacote de fermento em pó, 400 g de manteiga, 400 g de açúcar, 2 dl de
leite, ½ pacote de açúcar baunilhado, 5 ovos.
Bata as gemas. Adicione progressivamente o resto dos ingredientes, terminando com as
claras batidas em castelo. Prepare esta massa no dia anterior e coloque-a no frigoríco.
Waffles fofos
Um sabor a limão para waffles deliciosos.
Para 10 waffles
Tempo de cozedura: cerca de 3 min. a 3 min. e 30 seg.
5 gemas, 5 c. de sopa de água quente, 100 g de açúcar, raspa de 1 limão, 150 g de farinha,
½ c. de sobremesa de fermento em pó, 5 claras.
Bata as gemas, a água, o açúcar e a raspa de limão. Misture a farinha e o fermento e
adicione aos outros ingredientes. Bata as claras em castelo e incorpore-as na preparação.
Waffles de baunilha
Um pouco de exotismo com sabor a baunilha.
Para 14 waffles
Tempo de cozedura: cerca de 3 min. a 4 min.
200 g de manteiga, 50 g de açúcar, 1 vagem de baunilha ou 2 pacotes de açúcar baunilhado,
uma pitada de sal, 6 ovos, 300 g de farinha, 2 c. de sobremesa de fermento em pó, ¼ de
litro de leite, 1 c. de sopa de rum.
Bata a manteiga, o açúcar, a baunilha e o sal. Misture a farinha e o fermento e adicione
progressivamente o leite e os ovos à preparação. Em seguida, incorpore o rum.
Waffles de queijo
A saborear como aperitivo !
Para 20 waffles
Tempo de cozedura: cerca de 4 min. a 4 min. e 30 seg.
100 g de manteiga, 8 gemas, ½ c. de sobremesa de sal, 500 g de farinha, ½ c. de sobremesa
de fermento em pó, 50 g de Parmesão ralado, ½ litro de água, 8 claras.
Bata a manteiga. Misture a farinha e o fermento. Adicione as gemas, uma de cada vez, o
sal, a farinha, o queijo e a água. Incorpore, depois, as claras em castelo.
