Waffles clássicos
Waffles para lanches deliciosos.
Para 16 waffles
Tempo de cozedura: cerca de 3 min. e 30 seg.
300 g de farinha, 10 g de fermento em pó, sal, 75 g de açúcar em pó, 100 g de manteiga,
2 ovos, ½ litro de leite.
Misture a farinha e o fermento numa saladeira. Faça um orifício e adicione o sal, o açúcar, a
manteiga derretida e os ovos inteiros. Dissolva lentamente juntando o leite. Deixe repousar
a massa durante 1 hora.
Waffles Ligeiros
Waffles ligeiros para satisfazer os seus desejos.
Para 12 waffles
Tempo de cozedura: cerca de 3 min. a 3 min. e 30 seg.
300 g de farinha, 1 pacote de fermento em pó, 1 pitada de sal, 1 c. de sopa de açúcar,
2ovos, 40 cl. de leite.
Bata os ovos até obter uma consistência cremosa. Incorpore os outros ingredientes e bata
até obter uma consistência homogénea.

Para 12 waffles
Tempo de cozedura: cerca de 4 min. seg. a 4 min. e 30 seg.
5 ovos, 1 pacote de fermento em pó, 300 g de farinha, 300 g de açúcar, 300 g de manteiga.
Amoleça a manteiga. Misture a farinha, o açúcar e o fermento. Adicione a manteiga
amolecida e os ovos. Misture bem.
