Panini Paris-Texas
Para preparar 4 sandwiches
1 baguette, 170 g pechugas de pollo, 170 gr de salsa verde, 1 cucharadita
de salsa picante, 1 cucharadita de comino, 1/4 de cucharadita de orégano
seco, 1 cucharadita de pimienta negra, 3 cucharadas de ajo picado, 225
gr de queso holandés (tipo Edam) rallado, 170 gr de queso de cabra en
lonchas, 4 pimientos rojos, 1 cebolla cortada en rodajas finamente, aceite
de oliva.
Pre-caliente el aparato a la máxima temperatura. Mezcle la salsa verde, la
salsa picante, comino, orégano, pimienta, y el ajo en un bol grande y mezcle
los ingredientes. Agregue el pollo, tape el bol y marine durante 30 minutos.
Unte aceite de oliva en los pimientos rojos y cebollas y coloque en la parrilla
caliente. Cierre la tapa. Ase las cebollas durante 4 minutos por cada lado
hasta que estén doradas, retire y reserve. Ase los pimientos por todos lados
hasta que la piel esté oscura (15 minutos). Colóquelos en una bolsa de
papel y manténgala cerrada, y deje reposar durante 5 minutos. Retire los
pimientos de la bolsa y retire la piel. Quite las semillas y la pulpa.
Resérvelos. Saque la pechuga de pollo del refrigerador y ponga a asar
durante 3 minutos, hasta dorar. Retire de la parrilla y reserve. Corte la
baguette en 4 partes iguales y abra cada parte sin llegar completamente al
extremo. Presione las tapas para aplanar el pan. Coloque las tapas para
preparar el panini. En la tapa superior coloque el queso holandés (tipo
Edam) y el queso de cabra. Cierre el pan con la miga hacia el exterior. Unte
mantequilla el exterior del pan y ponga 5 minutos a asar hasta que el queso
se derrita. Mientras tanto corte en tiras delgadas la pechuga de pollo y
póngalos a asar.
Retire los panini de la parrilla. Abra nuevamente los panes y coloque los
pimientos rojos, la cebolla y el pollo. Tape nuevamente el panini y corte por
la mitad. Repita el proceso con los ingredientes restantes para realizar más
panini. Sirva caliente.
