OPPSKRIFTER
VANILJEIS
2,5 dl helmelk, 100 g sukker, 2 middels store egg, 450 ml fløte (30 % fett), 1 teskje vaniljeessens.
 Varm opp melken i en liten kasserolle mens du pisker egg og sukker i en bolle for seg.
 Hell den varme melken sakte over egg- og sukkerblandingen samtidig som du rører rundt.
 Hell alt i kasserollen og varm opp blandingen under omrøring, uten at den koker, til den begynner å
tykne og begynner å ligne på en luftig vaniljesaus.
 Avkjøles i romtemperatur. Tilsett fløten og vaniljeessensen mens du rører rundt.
 Settes i kjøleskap (i minst 12 timer)
Varianter:
 Oppløs 2 teskjeer pulverkaffe i den varme tilberedningen.
 Bytt ut vaniljen med 2 teskjeer peppermyntesaft.
SJOKOLADEIS
2,5 dl helmelk, 100 g sukker, 80 g kakao, 1 middels stort egg, 450 ml fløte (30 % fett),1 teskje vaniljeeks-
trakt.
 Bland melk, egg og sukker i en liten kasserolle.
 Varm opp blandingen under omrøring på svak varme, uten at den koker, inntil blandingen begynner
å tykne og får samme konsistens som en luftig vaniljesaus.
 Hell deretter i kakaoen mens du rører rundt til blandingen blir jevn.
 Avkjøles i romtemperatur.
 Tilsett fløten og vaniljen mens du rører rundt.
 Settes i kjøleskap (i minst 12 timer).
ROM– OG ROSINIS
120 g rosiner, 100 ml rom. Hell romen over rosinene og la stå over natten.
2,5 dl helmelk,100 g sukker , 2 middels store egg, 450 ml fløte (30 % fett)
 Varm opp melken i en liten kasserolle mens du pisker egg og sukker i en bolle for seg.
 Hell den varme melken sakte over egg- og sukkerblandingen samtidig som du rører rundt.
 Hell alt i kasserollen og varm opp blandingen under omrøring, uten at den koker, til den begynner å
tykne og ligne på en luftig vaniljesaus.
 Avkjøles i romtemperatur.
 Tilsett fløten mens du rører rundt. Settes i kjøleskap (i minst 12 timer).
 Tilsett rosinene dynket i rom når apparatet er i gang og så snart tilberedningen begynner å tykne.
IS MED YOGHURT OG SITRON
300 g yoghurt naturell, 3 spiseskjeer (50 g) crème fraîche (42 % fett), 170 g sukker, 250 ml sitronjuice.
 Bland yoghurt, fløte og sukker godt helt til sukkeret er fullstendig oppløst.
 Tilsett sitronjuicen mens du rører rundt.
