IS MED YOGHURT OG SITRON
300 g yoghurt naturell, 3 spiseskjeer (50 g) crème fraîche (42 % fett), 170 g
sukker, 250 ml sitronjuice.
n Bland yoghurt, fløte og sukker godt helt til sukkeret er fullstendig oppløst.
n Tilsett sitronjuicen mens du rører rundt.
IS MED YOGHURT OG BÆR
100 g jordbær, 100 g bringebær, 100 g blåbær, 250 g yoghurt naturell, 110 g
sukker.
n Vask bærene og knus dem i hurtigmikseren.
n Bland sukker og yoghurt i en bolle helt til sukkeret er fullstendig oppløst.
n Bland fruktpuréen.
ISSUFFLÉ MED JORDBÆR
400 g jordbær, 3 eggeplommer, 60 g sukker, 200 ml kjernemelk.
n Vask jordbærene og knus dem i en hurtigmikser.
n Varm opp eggeplommene og to spiseskjeer jordbærpuré i en liten
kasserolle helt til blandingen blir lett smuldrende.
n Visp eggeblandingen og resten av puréen i en kald bolle helt til
blandingen blir jevn.
n Hell deretter i sukkeret og kjernemelken mens du rører rundt.
n Avkjøl tilberedningen i kjøleskapet (i minst 12 timer).
APPELSINIS
200 g sukker, 3 dl vann, 4 dl appelsinjuice.
n Bland vann og sukker i en kasserolle og kok opp.
n La saften avkjøles i romtemperatur.
n Hell i appelsinjuicen mens du rører rundt, og avkjøl tilberedningen i
kjøleskapet (i minst 12 timer).
Varianter:
n Man kan bruke sitron- eller grapefruktjuice eller knust kiwi (tilsett en
spiseskje sitronjuice).
