* serienmäßig wird die Lochscheibe R 70 N / 4,5 eingesetzt,

Fleischwolf W 60 N am Antrieb KU 2-5 E
Fleisch- und Gemüsewolf,
Typ W 60 N
Der Fleischwolf besteht aus
dem Gehäuse, der Schnecke
und der Überwurfmutter (Ma-
terial: Edelstahlguss)
Der Schneidsatz (System
Unger) besteht aus dem Vor-
schneider, dem Kreuzmes-
ser, den Lochscheiben und
dem Einlegering, welche aus
rostarmen Edelstahl beste-
hen.
Der Teller und der Auszieh-
haken werden aus nichtros-
tendem Stahlblech gefertigt.
Der Stopfer und der Schutz-
deckel sind aus lebensmittel-
echtem Kunststoff herge-
stellt.
Was kann verarbeitet wer-
den?
Fleisch aller Art, Speck, Inne-
reien, Fisch, Gemüse, Kartof-
feln, Früchte (für Marme-
lade). Siehe Anhang (Seite
27)
