3.24 Op afstand uw doorschakeling wijzigen
Als u zich op een andere lokatie bevindt en u wilt uw telefoontoestel (op uw bedrijf) doorschakelen of
wijzigen naar een ander telefoonnummer, dan kunt u dat als volgt doen.
Om in de Vox DaVo IP te kunnen komen, moet uw oproep worden beantwoord! De Vox DaVo IP heeft
twee mogelijkheden:
1. Uw voicemail beantwoord de oproep
2. De automatische telefoniste beantwoord de oproep.
Voorwaarden:
?? Uw telefoontoestel moet doorgeschakeld zijn naar de VoiceMail.
of
?? De systeembeheerder moet de automatische telefoniste hebben ingeschakeld en Voice Response moet
ingeschakeld zijn!
?? U moet een pincode gebruiken!
Werking:
1. Toets het telefoonnummer van de zaak in (uw oproep wordt door de VoiceMail van uw
toestel beantwoord.)
2. Toets tijdens uw VoiceMailbegroeting “#” (De automatische telefoniste vraagt om uw
password)
of
1. Toets tijdens de begroeting van de automatische telefoniste “ # + toestelnummer + #”
(De automatische telefoniste vraagt om uw password)
2. Toets uw pincode in. U bent nu in het hoofdmenu van het VoiceMailsysteem en hoort 4
mogelijkheden.
3. Toets in het hoofdmenu “4” (u krijgt de volgende mogelijkheden)
Cijfer 1 = Uw doorschakeling uitschakelen.
Cijfer 2 = Doorschakelen naar uw VoiceMail
Cijfer 3 = Doorschakelen naar het telefoonnummer waar vanaf u belt.
Cijfer 4 = U toetst het telefoonnummer in waarnaar u wilt doorschakelen.
4. U hoort een korte bevestigingstoon
5. Verbreek de verbinding.
