Beantwoorden:
Als u het gesprek beantwoord, wordt een normaal gesprek opgezet. Alle andere toestellen die eventueel
werden omgeroepen komen weer in de ruststand. Toestellen die in gesprek zijn tijdens een omroep
horen deze omroep niet!

Laat de hoorn op het toestel liggen en druk op “Antwoord”
U heeft nu een handsfree verbinding.
Neem indien gewenst de hoorn op.
Tip! Als u de hoorn oppakt tijdens een omroep, wijst u de omroep af en kunt u een nieuw gesprek starten.
Een omroep weigeren:
Wanneer u wordt omgeroepen, en dit gesprek niet wilt beantwoorden, kunt u deze oproep ook
weigeren. Uw toestel gaat terug naar de ruststand.

Blader met “?? ” naar ”?? ” “Afwijzen” en druk op “Afwijzen”
Uw toestel komt automatisch in de ruststand.
Opmerking! U kunt de omroep ook afwijzen door de luidsprekertoets in te drukken.
Via een functietoets
U kunt één van de zestien programmeerbare functietoetsen gebruiken voor de omroep faciliteit. Na het
kiezen van deze functietoets verschijnen dezelfde opties in het display als via het menu van uw toestel.
3.20 Niet Storen
Met behulp van de faciliteit ‘Niet Storen’ kunt u oproepen naar uw toestel tijdelijk uitschakelen.
Dit is een handige faciliteit als u even niet bereikbaar wilt zijn.
Druk op de functietoets ‘Niet Storen’. Uw toestel signaleert alléén voor inkomende oproepen
van interne toestelgebruikers die toestemming hebben om in te breken op ‘Niet Storen’.
