MELANZANE GRATINATE
Alle Zutaten für die Marinade mischen.
Mélanger tous les ingrédients pour la marinade.
Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti per la marinata.

Auberginen längs in 10 12 mm dicke Tranchen schneiden.
Couper les aubergines dans la longueur en tranches de 10 12 mm d’épaisseur.
Tagliare le melanzane nel senso della lunghezza a fette spesse 10 – 12 mm.

Auberginen mit der Marinade bestreichen, 15 Min. einziehen lassen. Beidseitig 5 Min. grillen. Tomaten 1 Min. aufwärmen.
Les enduire de marinade. Laisser reposer 15 min. et les griller de chaque côté pendant 5 minutes. Chauffer les tomates pendant 1 minute.
Spalmare le melanzane con la marinata e lasciare riposare per 15 minuti. Grigliare per 5 minuti da ambo le parti. Scaldare i pomodori per 1 minuto.
