Ingredients:
1 tsp. of corn starch
3 egg yolks
3 tbsp. of sugar
1 tsp. of orange juice
100 ml marsala or
port
Cinnamon
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Peel the oranges with a knife, cut out the fillets, and
distribute them onto three small glass bowls.
2. Stir the starch, the yolk, the sugar, the lemon juice, and
the marsala or the port with an egg whisk in the cooking
dish. Heat gently and stir from time to time.
} Microwave oven high setting, 2 to 3 min
3. Distribute the cream onto the distributed orange fillets
while it is still warm. Serve dusted with cinnamon.

Panna Cotta
»a classic dessert«
Ingredients:
1 vanilla bean
400 mL cream
40 g sugar
2 sheets of light gelatin
Tableware:
Preparation:
1. Hit the vanilla bean with the back of a knife, split it, place
it into the cooking dish together with the sugar and the
cream, stir, and heat.
} Microwave oven max. setting, 5 to 7 min
2. Soak the gelatin sheets for approx. 5 minutes, squeeze
them, and stir them into the hot cream. Remove the vanilla
bean and fill the cream mixture into four molds. Keep cool
for approx. 6 hours, so that the cream becomes solid.
3. Unmould before serving and serve with a fruit sauce.
