1 teentje knoflook
4 el. olijfolie
1 bundel wilde knoflook
250 ml groentebouillon
1/2 kop (100 g) room

1 tot 2 stengels basilicum
2 sneetjes brood
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Hak de ui en de knoflook zeer fijn, was de wilde knoflook
en hak het. Stoom met de helft van de bouillon en de
olijfolie.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 5 min
2. Voeg de resterende bouillon en de room toe en breng
nogmaals aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 5 min
3. Pureer met de handmixer, breng op smaak en, indien
mogelijk, breng het mengsel nogmaals aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
4. Dien op met geroosterde croutons.

Wortelroomsoep
»een lekker voorgerecht«
Ingrediënten:
1 ui
1 el. boter
500 g wortelen
1 tl. bloem
500 ml groentebouillon
200 ml melk
1/2 kop (100 ml) room
Zout
Peper
Peterselie, fijngehakt
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Hak de ui fijn en stoom het in boter.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 1 tot 2 min
2. Was en reinig de wortelen, snij in kleine stukken, en
voeg ze toe aan de ui. Voeg 125 ml bouillon toe en stoom
afgedekt tot wanneer zacht.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 13 tot 15 min
3. Voeg de bloem al roerend toe en pureer met de handmixer
of in een mixer. Voeg de resterende bouillon, melk en room
toe en breng het afgedekt aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 5 min
4. Breng op smaak en versier met peterselie alvorens op te
dienen.
