350 g groente
(bijv. 2 wortelen
1 wortelpeterselie
1 knolselder
1 prei
1 tl. boter
750 ml groente- of
vleesconsommé en bouillon
Zout, peper
Peterselie, fijngehakt
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Schil de wortelen, wortelpeterselie en de selder en snij in
stukken. Snij het witte deel van de prei in dunne ringen.
2. Stoom de gehakte groente langzaam met de boter.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 6 min
3. Voeg de bouillon toe, roer en kook tot klaar.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 10 tot 12 min
4. Breng de soep op smaak en dien op met fijn gehakte
peterselie.

Pompoensoep
»een soep met het gevoel van herfs
Ingrediënten:
1 ui
1 st. gember
1 tl. boter
300 g pompoen (Hokkaido)
1 wortel
1 aardappel
500 ml groentebouillon
20 ml sinaasappelsap
1 tl. komijn
Zout
Peper
Pompoenzaden
4 tl. pompoenzaadolie
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was de pompoen, splits, verwijder de zaden en snij
in stukken. Schillen is niet nodig, de schil kan namelijk
tevens worden verwerkt. Schil en snij de aardappelen en
wortelen in stukken. Hak de ui en gember fijn. Plaats de
groente met de boter en 125 ml groentebouillon in een
magnetronbestendige schaal en stoom terwijl afgedekt.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 13 tot 15 min
2. Voeg kruiden en de resterende bouillon toe. Pureer met de
handmixer, breng op smaak en breng het mengsel nogmaals
aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 5 min
3. Dien op met geroosterde pompoenzaden en elk één
eetlepel pompoenzaadolie.
