circa 1 kg gekookte ham in
blokvorm
1 bundel groen gewas
1 laurierblaadje
5 witte peperbollen
375 ml semi-droge
Witte wijn
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Was het groen gewas, hak grof en breng samen met de
kruiden kortstondig aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 4 tot 5 min
2. Voeg de ham toe en breng afgedekt aan de kook.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 9 tot 11 min +
} Magnetron medium vermogen, 15 tot 20 min
3. Laat 5 minuten staan alvorens op te dienen. Is lekker in
combinatie met gemengde salade en boerenbrood.

Ingrediënten:
300 g varkensfilet
2 el. droge sherry
4 el. sojasaus
1 teentje knoflook
1 st. gember, vers
2 bleekselderij
1 paprika
1 wortel
1 el. olie
2 tl. maïzena
1 bundel groene koriander
Peper
Gomasio (sesamzout)
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Snij het vlees tussen de vezels in dunne reepjes, meng
het met de sherry, sojasaus, het fijn gehakt teentje knoflook
en de gember. Laat het vervolgens circa 15 minuten
sudderen.
2. Was de selderijstengels, verwijder de harde vezels en
snij in dunne reepjes. Snij de paprika en wortelen in dunne
reepjes.
3. Haal het vlees uit de marinade, meng het met de gehakte
groente en de olie in het kookgerei, en breng vervolgens aan
de kook.
} Magnetron hoog vermogen, 10 tot 13 min
4. Meng de maïzena met de resterende marinade en voeg de
kruiden al roerend toe. Verwarm kortstondig.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 1 tot 2 min
5. Hak de koriander, breng op smaak, laat circa 3 minuten
sudderen en dien op met rijst.
