1 kleine ui
50 g champignons
100 g erwten
2 medium wortelen
1 el. boter of olie
125 g bruine rijst
250 ml groentebouillon
4 el. geraspte kaas
1 bundel peterselie
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
1. Schil de ui en hak fijn. Maak de champignons schoon en
snij in dunne schijes. Haal de erwten uit de peul, maak
schoon en hak de wortelen.
2. Stoom de ui, champignons, erwten en wortelen lichtjes in
boter.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
3. Voeg de rijst al roerend toe, breng afgedekt aan de kook
en laat vervolgens opzwellen.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 5 tot 6 min +
} Magnetron laag vermogen, 10 tot 15 min
4. Na het koken, voeg de kaas en de gehakte peterselie al
roerend toe.
} Tip: Voeg voorgekookte groente, zoals uit een blik, slechts aan
het einde van de kooktijd toe. Indien gewenst, voeg tevens
gele, rode en groene paprika toe.

Ingrediënten:
75 g bulgur of
couscous
(grof gemalen
griesmeel)
1 kleine ui
1 el. olijfolie
1 snuie marjolein
1 snuie kruidenzout
150 ml groentebouillon
Tafelgerei:
Bereiding:
} 1. Schil de ui, hak fijn en verwarm ze samen met de
groentebouillon.
} Magnetron max. vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
2. Voeg de bulgur of couscous, kruiden en olie toe en laat
opzwellen terwijl afgedekt.
} Magnetron medium vermogen, 2 tot 3 min
