Arroz de sushi japonés
Raciones: 4-8
Temperatura: predeterminada
Tiempo: predeterminado
Ingredientes:
300 g de arroz de sushi lavado
360 ml de agua
80 ml de vinagre para sushi
Preparación:
1. Añada el arroz y el agua en el recipiente interior.
2. Coloque el recipiente dentro del aparato.
3. Seleccione la función Steam.
4. Acepte el tiempo y la temperatura predeterminados y pon-
ga en funcionamiento el aparato.
5. Tras la cocción, el arroz estará blanco y habrá absorbido por
completo el líquido.
6. Retire el recipiente mientras el arroz todavía esté caliente y
mezcle el vinagre para sushi con una cuchara de madera. El
arroz ya está listo.
7. Deje que el aparato se enfríe por completo antes de lim-
piarlo.
Arroz para curry
Raciones: 4
Temperatura: predeterminada
Tiempo: predeterminado
Ingredientes:
250 g de arroz Basmati
600 ml de caldo de verduras
2 cucharadas de pasta de curry
Preparación:
1. Añada todos los ingredientes al recipiente interior.
2. Coloque el recipiente dentro del aparato.
3. Seleccione la función Steam.
4. Acepte el tiempo y la temperatura predeterminados y pon-
ga en funcionamiento el aparato.
5. Tras la cocción, el arroz estará blanco y habrá absorbido por
completo el líquido.
6. Deje que el aparato se enfríe por completo antes de lim-
piarlo.
Consejo: sirva el arroz con carne, pescado o verduras a la plan-
cha. Añada anarcados o uvas pasas al gusto.
