Strawberry ice cream
Ingredients
120 g fresh straw-
berries
60 ml pure milk
80 ml whipping
cream
40 g white sugar
Preparation
1. Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
2. Mash the strawberries.
3. Stir the light cream unitl sticky status.
4. Mixing the mashed strawberries,pure milk,light cream and white sugar. Then storing
them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10 °C.
5. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Chocolate ice cream
Ingredients
130 ml milk
100 ml whipping
cream
30 g sugar
40 g chocolate
Preparation
1. Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours prior to preparing your ice
cream mixture.
2. Warm up the pure milk and white sugar. Then put the chocolate inside until it
melted.
3. Stir the light cream until sticky status.
4. Mix all the ingredients. Then store them inside cooler and cool down to 5-10 °C.
5. Switch on and put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
Yoghurt ice cream
Ingredients
130 ml yoghurt
70 ml whipping cream
35 g sugar
60 ml strawberry juice
5 ml lemon juice
Preparation
1. Place the cooling bowl in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
2. Stir the light cream until it becomes sticky.
3. Mix all the ingredients.
4. Then store them inside a cooler and cool it down to 5-10 °C
5. Switch it on an put the mixed ingredients inside the ice cream maker.
