4. Haselnuss Brownies
Portionen: 10
Zubereitungsdauer: 40-60 Minuten
Zutaten: 70 g Schokolade (mindestens 70% Kakaoanteil)
50 g Zucker
45 g Mehl
30 g gehackte Haselnüsse
70 g Butter
1-2 Ei(er)
1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
1 Päckchen Backpulver
Anfänglich die Schokolade zusammen mit der Butter in einer Stahlpfanne
vorsichtig unter ständigem Rühren erhitzen, um das Anbrennen der Schokolade zu
vermeiden. Das Ganze anschließend kurz herunterkühlen lassen.
Als nächsten Schritt Ei, Zucker, Vanillezucker mit einer Prise Salz in einer Schüssel
cremig schlagen. Daraufhin die Schokoladenmasse mit dem Mehl, den Nüssen
sowie einer Prise Backpulver beimengen und verrühren.
Daraufhin den Pizzablech-Einschub mit Backpapier auslegen und die
Teigmasse hineingeben und glatt verstreichen. Den Einschub in die AeroVital Fry
Heißluftfritteuse schieben und den Teig bei 180 °C für 18-20 Minuten backen. Um
sicherzustellen, dass das Innere des Teigs cremig ist, stecken Sie ein Holzstäbchen
hinein. Sobald das Äußere des Teigs bereits knusprig ist, sollte noch etwas Teig am
Stäbchen kleben bleiben.
Entnehmen Sie den Teig aus der AeroVital Fry Heißluftfritteuse und lassen Sie
diesen kurz abkühlen. Nun können Sie den fertigen Teig in mundgerechte Brownies
schneiden.
