Before each use of the appliance, check whether there are insects or insect nests
in the burner, in the pipes and in the appliance openings, and remove them if they

when the appliance is not in use. This may block the ow of air and gas, causing a
yellow ame recoil and a re below the burner. To prevent this, remove insects and
insect nests, if present, before each use.
