IMPOSTAZIONI
La tabella sottostante vi aiuterà a denire le impostazioni di base per diversi ingredienti.
Rimuovere il contenitore durante la preparazione non ha praticamente effetti sul
processo, dato che attraverso la tecnologia ad aria bollente, l’aria nel dispositivo viene
subito riscaldata alla temperatura corretta.
AVVERTENZA: tenere presente, che le seguenti impostazioni rappresentano
solamente consigli di preparazione. Dato che gli ingredienti variano in base alla
provenienza, alla dimensione, alla forma e alla marca, non possiamo garantire la
perfetta regolazione per i vostri ingredienti.
Suggerimenti
• Ingredienti piccoli necessitano normalmente di un tempo inferiore rispetto a
ingredienti grandi.
• In caso di maggiori quantità di ingredienti, è necessario un maggiore tempo di
preparazione, in caso di dosi inferiori di ingredienti un tempo minore.
• Scuotendo piccoli ingredienti a metà della preparazione, è possibile ottimizzare
il risultato nale, dato che in tal modo ottenere una frittura non omogenea è molto
improbabile.
• Aggiungere alle patate fresche un po’ d’olio per ottenere un risultato croccante.
Friggere gli ingredienti nella friggitrice ad aria poco dopo aver aggiunto l’olio alle
patate.
• Non preparare nella friggitrice ad aria prodotti estremamente grassi, come ad
esempio wurstel.
•Spuntini che possono essere preparati in forno, possono essere preparati anche nella
friggitrice ad aria.
• La quantità ottimale per patatine fritte croccanti è 500 g.
• Utilizzare impasti già pronti per preparare spuntini ripieni con facilità e
rapidamente. Gli impasti già pronti necessitano tempi inferiori rispetto a quelli fatti
in casa.
• Posizionare una teglia o una forma da forno nel cestello della friggitrice ad aria,
se si prepara una torta, una quiche o se si desidera friggere ingredienti delicati o
ripieni.
• La friggitrice ad aria può essere utilizzata anche per riscaldare ingredienti.
Impostare la temperatura su 150 °C e il timer su 10 minuti.
