START Pulse el botón START para iniciar el entrenamiento en uno de
los modos de entrenamiento.
STOP Pulse el botón STOP para detener el entrenamiento en uno de
los modos de entrenamiento.
PROG • Pulse el botón PROG para elegir un programa de
entrenamiento predeterminado (P01-P16).
• En el panel de control verá una lista de programas de
entrenamiento.
MODE Pulse el botón MODE para seleccionar su objetivo de
entrenamiento (tiempo, distancia o calorías) en el modo Manual
antes de iniciar el entrenamiento.
Velocidad+ • Pulse el botón [+] para ajustar el tiempo de entrenamiento,
la distancia o las calorías deseadas antes de entrenar en el
modo Manual.
• Pulse el botón [+] para aumentar el tiempo de
entrenamiento objetivo en el programa de entrenamiento
preestablecido (P01-P16) antes del entrenamiento.
• Pulse el botón [+] ajustar la velocidad durante todos
los tiempos de entrenamiento en diferentes modos de
entrenamiento.
• El rango de velocidades oscila entre 0,8 km/h y 12,0 km/h.

entrenamiento.
