Mounting the hood

• To prevent air leakage in exhaust air

mode (i.e. backow of outside air),

install the supplied backow aps on

the top of the bonnet in the air outlet.

Note: This step is not necessary for

recirculation mode or if there is alrea-

dy a backow ap in the exhaust air

system of your kitchen.

• Assemble the telescopic exhaust sha

from the two sha elements by sliding

them into each other and place it on

the hood body.

• Pull the inner sharf part upwards

to the desired height and mark the

position of the upper corners adjacent

to the wall for both sha elements

on the wall.

• Take the hood down, drill holes

at the marked points according to the

diameter of the dowels and carefully

tap one of the other dowels into each

of the drill holes with a hammer.

• Hang up the hood body again and

x the rear side to the wall using the

screws and dowels supplied.

• From the inside of the cooker hood,

mark the positions of the holes in its

back on the wall.

(For this step, open the front ap

of the hood and remove the metal

grease lter).
