Cuisson à la vapeur et grill (fonction combinée)

compte des points suivants lors de la cuisson à la vapeur :
Toutes les indications de temps sont des valeurs directrices. Le temps de prépa-
ration réel dépend entre autres de la taille et de la fraîcheur des aliments.
Les aliments placés dans le haut de l'espace de cuisson cuisent plus vite que
ceux placés dans le bas.
Avant l'expiration du temps indiqué, veuillez contrôler si l'aliment est déjà cuit.
Vous éviterez ainsi une cuisson excessive.
Toutes les indications de temps de cuisson qui figurent dans les tableaux sont
en minutes.
