Pečenje mesa in ribe na žaru
NEVARNOST
Med pripravo živil lahko vedno prihaja do brizganja maščobe, posebej pri
pripravi mesa. Po potrebi položite pod žar toplotno odporno, za brizgljaje
neobčutljivo in protizdrsno podlago!
POZOR
Pri peki na žar plošči se pokrova ne sme uporabljati!
Če je regulator temperature nastavljen na GRILL, se posode za praženje
ne sme uporabljati!
Namestite žar ploščo na podstavek večnamenskega pekača. Narebričena površina
mora gledati navzgor.
1. Na žar ploščo dodajte nekoliko olja.
2. Nastavite regulator temperature na GRILL.
Aparat se mora sedaj 5 do 10 minut segrevati.
3. Na žar ploščo previdno položite živilo za žar.
4. Trajanje peke na žaru: ca. 15 do 25 minut. Pri tem jedi na žaru večkrat preverite
in obrnite.
Peka crêpes in palačink
1. Namestite žar ploščo na podstavek večnamenskega pekača. Ravna površina
mora gledati navzgor.
2. Na žar ploščo dodajte nekoliko olja.
3. Nastavite regulator temperature na GRILL.
Aparat se mora sedaj 5 do 10 minut segrevati.
4. Namestite pokrov, da preprečite brizganje.
Trajanje peke na žaru: ca. 15 do 25 minut. Pri tem jedi na žaru večkrat preverite
in obrnite.
5. Po kratkem času pečenja obrnite. Pecite naprej, dokler strjeno testo ni na obeh
straneh zlatorjavo pečeno.
Na enak način lahko pripravite tudi npr. omlete ali zavitke. Slasten recept
za omleto boste našli na koncu navodil.
Po uporabi
1. Nastavite regulator temperature na OFF.
2. Izvlecite omrežni vtič iz vtičnice.
3. Pustite, da se naprava popolnoma ohladi, preden jo pospravite.
