Priprava živil
S pomočjo nekaj primerov je v tem navodilu opisano, kako pripraviti živila z večna-
menskim pekačem. Že po kratkem času boste aparat varno upravljali in ugotovili,
kako se lahko z njim pripravlja tudi druge jedi in kakšne možnosti aparat ponuja.
Upoštevajte, da do časovne navedbe pri pripravi živil vedno lahko le orientacijske vre-
dnosti.
Trajanje priprave je vedno odvisno tudi od velikosti in svežine živila.
Praženje maronov
POZOR
V aparat oz. v podstavek večnamenskega pekača na dajajte vode, olja,
maščobe ali drugih tekočin ali snovi.
Maroni (imenovan tudi plemeniti kostanj, pravi kostanj itd.) so užitni kostanji, ki so v
nekaterih delih Evrope zelo popularni.
Za tiste, ki nabirajo sami: Ne zamenjajte maronov z divjim kostanjem. Le-ta za ljudi ni
užiten in lahko izzove zastrupitev.
1. Postavite posodo za praženje na podstavek večnamenskega pekača in nasta-
vite regulator temperature ROAST.
Aparat se mora sedaj 5 do 10 minut segrevati.
2. Z nožem križno zarežite v lupino maronov na izbočeni strani.
3. Vse marone dajte v posodo. Pokrijte in pustite marone, da se ca. 15 do 20 minut
pražijo. Pri tem večkrat obrnite z leseno žlico.
4. Po praženju marone previdno stresite v skledo. Marone izluščite in očistite rjavih
kosmov.
Peka krompirja v foliji
POZOR
V aparat oz. v podstavek večnamenskega pekača na dajajte vode, olja,
maščobe ali drugih tekočin ali snovi.
1. Postavite posodo za praženje na podstavek večnamenskega pekača in nasta-
vite regulator temperature ROAST.
Aparat se mora sedaj 5 do 10 minut segrevati.
2. V posodo za praženje dajte oprane in v alu-folijo zavite krompirje (pazite na -
enako velikost!).
3. Pokrijte in pustite krompir, da se peče ca. 20 do 30 minut.
