plat au batteur. Régler à la vitesse 2 et mélanger pendant 30 secondes.
Retirer le fouet plat et installer le crochet pétrisseur. Régler à la vitesse 2 et pétrir
pendant 2 minutes.
Pétrir la pâte à la main de 30 secondes à 1 minute. Couvrir avec une serviette
sèche et laisser reposer 15 minutes avant de passer à la machine à pâtes.
PAR PORTION: ENVIRON 94 CALORIES, 4 G DE PROTÉINES, 17 G DE GLUCIDES,
