Coloque el queso crema y 2 cucharadas de mantequilla en el tazón para mezclar.
Instale el tazón y la batidora plana en la mezcladora. Pase a la Velocidad
4 y mezcle durante aproximadamente 1 minuto. Pare y raspe el tazón. Agregue

4 taza de harina. Pase a la Velocidad 2 y mezcle durante aproximadamente
1 minuto, o hasta que los ingredientes se mezclen bien. Forme una bola con la
mezcla. Envuélvala en papel encerado y refrigérela durante 1 hora. Limpie el tazón
para mezclar y la batidora.
Divida la masa refrigerada en 24 porciones. Presione cada porción dentro de un
molde de muffin en miniatura (engrasado, si se desea).
Mientras tanto, derrita la cucharada de mantequilla restante en una sartén de
10 pulgadas sobre fuego medio. Agregue los hongos y las cebollas. Cocine
y revuelva hasta que se suavice. Quite del calor. Deje que se enfríe un poco.

6 y mezcle durante aproximadamente 30 segundos. Agregue la mezcla de queso
