Grote runderburgers
Voor: 2 hamburgers
Ingrediënten
225g rundergehakt (steak haché)
50g ui, fijngehakt
25g verse broodkruimels (of paneermeel)
1 theelepel barbecuekruiden
1 eetlepel tomatenketchup
1 theelepel mosterd
Kruiderij
Olijfolie
Om te serveren
Met bloem bestoven broodjes
Blaadjes sla
1 ui, gepeld en in schijfjes gesneden
Barbecuesaus
Bereiding
1. Doe het rundergehakt, de ui, broodkruimels, barbecuekruiden, ketchup en
mosterd in een kom en meng. Overvloedig kruiden.
2. Verdeel de massa in 2 en vorm er burgers van.
3. Verwarm de hamburgermachine voor gedurende enkele minuten tot het
groene controlelampje oplicht. Plaats de vetopvangschaal.
4. Wrijf beide kanten van iedere burger in met een beetje olijfolie en doe 2 burgers
in de hamburgermachine. Sluit het deksel en bak 3 à 4 minuten tot de burgers
mooi gaar en gloeiend heet zijn. Houd ze warm.
5. Wrijf schijfjes ui in met olijfolie en doe ze in de hamburgermachine.
6. Snijd de broodjes in twee en warm ze op in de hamburgermachine gedurende
ongeveer 1 minuut.
7. Vul elk broodje met blaadjes sla en een burger, en doe er ui en barbecuesaus
bovenop.
Tip
Verdeel de massa in 4 voor kleinere burgers en verminder de baktijd dan tot 3 minuten.
De hamburgers kunnen voor gebruik samengesteld, ingepakt en tot 2 dagen in de koelkast of
tot 3 maanden in de diepvriezer worden bewaard. Ontdooien voor gebruik.
Caribische quornburgers
Voor: 4 burgers
Ingrediënten
150g quorngehakt, ontdooid indien ingevroren
100g rode ui, fijngehakt
2 teentjes knoflook, geschild en geperst
25g broodkruimels (of paneermeel)
50g wortel, geraspt
1 eetlepel Jamaicaanse kruiden
1 eetlepel tomatenpuree
3 eetlepels verse koriander, fijngehakt
