Die Hamburger können vor dem Gebrauch zubereitet (aber noch nicht gebacken),
eingepackt und bis zu 2 Tagen im Kühlschrank oder bis zu 3 Monaten im Gefrierschrank
aufbewahrt werden. Auftauen vor dem Gebrauch.
Karibische Quorn Burger
Für: 4 Burger
Zutaten
150g Quorn Hack, aufgetaut falls eingefroren
100g rote Zwiebel, fein gehackt
2 Knoblauchzehen, geschält und zerdrückt
25g Brotkrümel
50g Möhre, geraspelt
1 Esslöffel jamaikanisches Gewürz
1 Esslöffel Tomatenmark
3 Esslöffel frischer Koriander, fein gehackt
1 geschlagenes Ei
Olivenöl
Zum Servieren
Hamburgerbrötchen
Mangosalsa
Salatblätter
Zubereitung
1. Quorngehacktes, Zwiebel, Knoblauch, Brotkrümel, Möhre, Gewürz, Tomatenmark
und Koriander in eine Schüssel geben. Miteinander vermischen und
ausreichendes Ei hinzufügen um die Masse zu binden.
2. Die Masse in 4 Teile teilen und daraus Burger formen.
3. Die Hamburgermaschine vorheizen, bis die grüne Kontrollleuchte aufleuchtet.
Die Fettauffangschale positionieren.
4. Die beiden Seiten der Burger mit ein wenig Öl bestreichen und 2 Burger in die
Hamburgermaschine geben.
5. Den Deckel schlieβen und die Burger 2-3 Minuten backen, bis sie durch und heiβ
sind. Wiederholen Sie bei Bedarf mit den restlichen Burgern.
6. Jeden Burger in einem Brötchen servieren und Mangosalsa und Salatblätter
daraufgeben.
Tipp
Fügen Sie Backobst zur Burgermasse hinzu für fruchtige karibische Burger.
Die Quorn Burger können zubereitet, eingepackt und bis zu 2 Tagen im Kühlschrank
aufbewahrt werden, bevor sie gebacken werden.
