Dinlenme sırasındaki nabzın ölçümü

Antrenmanın sonunda “RECOVERY” tuşuna basın.

Elektronik aksam 60 saniye geriye doğru nabzınızı

ölçer.

“RPM” altında güncel nabız değeri ölçülür.

Zaman geçtikten sonra “SPEED” altında nabız değe-

ri kaydedilir. “Power” altında her iki değerin farkı

gösterilir. Bundan fitness notu (örneğin F =1.6 ile)

hesaplanır. Görünüm 20 saniye sonra kaybolur.

“RECOVERY” veya “RESET” bu işlemi yarıda keser.

Zamanın geriye doğru gidişi sırasında hiçbir nabız

saptanamadığı takdirde, hata mesajı çıkar.

Girilen nabzın altına inildiğinde (-11

atış) "LO" sembolü ekrana gelir.

Girilen nabzın üstüne çıkıldığında

(+11 atış) "HI" sembolü ekrana gelir.

Maksimum nabız aşıldığında “HI“

oku yanıp söner ve “MAX” yazısı

ekrana gelir.

Bireysel ayarlarda “Maksimum nabız

aşımında alarm sesi” aktif ise (Sayfa

12) ayrıca alarm sesleri çıkar.
