V nadaljevanju je na kratko razloženo šest tipk.
Natančna uporaba je pojasnjena v posameznih
poglavjih. V teh opisih so imena funkcijskih tipk tako
tudi uporabljena.
SET/NASTAVITEV (kratek pritisk)
S to funkcijsko tipko prikličete vnose.
Nastavljeni podatki bodo prevzeti.
SET/NASTAVITEV (dolg pritisk)
Ob prikazu vseh segmentov: priklic »Individualne
nastavitve«
Reset (Ponastavitev)
S to funkcijsko tipko se izbriše trenutni prikaz zaradi
ponovnega zagona.
Programm (Program)
S to funkcijsko tipko izbirate različne programe.
Ponovni pritisk > naslednji program
Tipki minus - / plus +
S tema funkcijskima tipkama se pred vadbo spremin-
jajo vrednosti v različnih menijih in med vadbo
nastavlja moč.
• naprej “Plus”
• ali nazaj “Minus”
• dolg pritisk > hitra menjava
• “Plus” in “Minus” pritisnjena skupaj:
•močpreskoči na 25 vatov
• vnos vrednosti preskoči na Izklop (off)
RECOVERY/REKREACIJSKI ODMOR
S to funkcijsko tipko se zažene funkcija pulza rekre-
acijskega odmora.
Ostale funkcije tipk so razložene na ustreznem
mestu v navodilih za uporabo.
Merjenje utripa
Utrip lahko izmerite na 2 virih:
1. ušesna sponka (priložena)
Vtičvtaknete v priključek:
2a. SF1B/SF3B: prsni pas + vtični sprejemnik (Plug-In)
2b. SF2B: prsni pas brez vtičnega sprejemnika Spre-
jemnik je v tej elektroniki vgrajen za zaslonom. Vtaknje-
no ušesno sponko morate odstraniti.
(prsni pasovi ne sodijo v obseg dobave).
SET CARDIO-PLUS s prsnim pasom POLAR in vtičnim
sprejemnikom je na voljo kot pribor (štev. izd.
07937-600). Če imate prsni pas POLAR, potrebu-
jete le vtični sprejemnik (štev. izd. 07937-650)
