Para su seguridad:
Antes de iniciar el entrenamiento, su médico de cabecera deberá deter-
minar si desde el punto de vista de su salud es apto para el entrenamien-
to con este aparato. El resultado médico debería ser la base para la es-
tructura de su programa de entrenamiento. Un entrenamiento incorrecto
o excesivo puede provocar daños a su salud.
INDICACIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Observe los siguientes puntos para su propia seguridad:
La instalación del aparato de entrenamiento debe realizarse sobre una
base firme y apropiada.
Antes de la primera puesta en servicio y adicionalmente al cabo de aprox.
6 días de funcionamiento, revise el ajuste firme de las conexiones.
Para evitar lesiones debido a un esfuerzo incorrecto o una sobrecarga,
el aparato de entrenamiento solamente deberá ser manejado conforme
a las instrucciones.
No se recomienda la instalación permanente del aparato en recintos
húmedos debido a la formación de óxido que ello conllevaría.
Asegúrese periódicamente de la capacidad de funcionamiento y del
correcto estado del aparato de entrenamiento.
Los controles de la seguridad técnica figuran entre las obligaciones
del propietario y deben realizarse periódica y debidamente.
Reemplace sin dilación los componentes defectuosos o dañados.
Utilice únicamente piezas de repuesto originales KETTLER.
El aparato no se deberá utilizar hasta que no esté reparado.
Solamente se podrá garantizar el nivel de seguridad del aparato,
si es revisado periódicamente para detectar posibles daños y desgaste.
