Kontynuacja treningu
W przypadku kontynuacji treningu w ciągu 4 minut
następuje także kontynuacja zliczania wartości.
Funkcja RECOVERY
Pomiar tętna spoczynkowego
• Na zakończenie treningu wcisnąć “RECOVERY”.
Wartość tętna zostaje zapisana (P1)
Aktualne tętno jest wskazywane nadal.
System elektroniczny mierzy przez 60 sekund (zliczając
wstecz) nasze tętno.
Wartość tętna zostaje zapisana po 60 sekundach (P2)
Wskazana zostaje różnica tętna (P1- P2)
Na tej podstawie ustalana jest ocena sprawności (w
przykładzie F 4,8).
Wskazanie zostaje zakończone po 20 sekundach.
“RECOVERY” przerywa funkcję tętna spoczynkowego lub
wskazanie oceny sprawności.
Jeśli na początku lub na końcu wstecznego zliczania
czasu tętno nie zostanie zarejestrowane, pojawia się ko-
munikat błędu “Err”.
Wskazanie ostatniego treningu z war-
tościami średnimi i maksymalnymi
• Wcisnąć “Osoby”: Wybór osoby
Wskazanie:
“Osoba 1 miga, całk. czas treningu i całk.
ilość przebytych kilometrów”
• Za pomocą “Plus” lub “Minus” zmienić osobę
• Ponownie wcisnąć “Osoby”:
Wskazanie:
Wskazywane są wartości średnie tętna, tętna
%, RPM, KM/H i stopnia hamulca z ostatniego tre-
ningu, z symbolem [Ø].
• Wcisnąć “DISP/SET”
Wskazanie:
Wskazywane są wartości maksymalne tętna,
tętna %, RPM, KM/H i stopnia hamulca z ostatniego
treningu z symbolem [MAX].
• Wcisnąć “DISP/SET”
Wskazanie:
Gotowość treningowa z lub bez zadanych
wielkości.
Ostatnie wartości treningowe odnoszą się tylko do ostat-
niej jednostki treningowej. Wartości są zapisywane
poprzez “RESET” lub aktywację trybu Standby, ze wskaza-
niem czasu i kasują poprzednie wartości.
