Safety notes

Please read the following instructions for your own safety:

• The training apparatus must be put up on an appropriate and solid

ground.

• Before using the bicycle for the first time and after 6 days of use the

joints must be checked for a tight fit.

• In order to prevent injuries caused by incorrect use or straining, the trai-

ning apparatus is allowed be used only according to the operating

instructions.

• Putting up the apparatus in damp rooms for a long period is not recom-

mendable because of the possible rust formation.

• Persuade yourself regularly if the training apparatus is functioning cor-

rectly and if its conditions are in accordance with the regulations.

• Safety-relevant checks are part of the operator’s obligations and have to

be carried out regularly.

• Defect of damaged parts have to be changed immediately. Use only ori-

ginal KETTLER spare parts.

• It is not allowed to use the bicycle until it is being repaired.

• The safety level of the apparatus can only be kept up on the pre-

condition that it will be checked regularly on damages and wear and

tear.

Training and operating instructions

For your own safety:

• Please contact your doctor before starting with the training

and let him check whether you’re healthy enough for training

with this bicycle. The medical results should be the basis for

your training programme. Wrong or excessive training can

damage your health.
