NIEBEZPIECZEŃSTWO! Urządzenie nie dysponuje wolnobie-

giem! Koło zamachowe jest bezpośrednio połączone z pedałami

za pomocą paska klinowego i nie zatrzymuje się samoczynnie.

Ruch można zatrzymać wyłącznie uruchamiając hamulec

awaryjny lub poprzez kontrolowaną redukcję częstotliwości pe-

dałowania.

OSTRZEŻENIE! Przyrząd treningowy należy ustawić na po-

ziomym i stabilnym podłożu. Pod urządzenie należy podłożyć

odpowiedni materiał podkładowy w celu zapewnienia amorty-

zacji i zabezpieczenia antypoślizgowego (maty gumowe itp.).

Bezpieczny odstęp wokół całego urządzenia musi być o co na-

jmniej 1 m większy niż obszar ćwiczeń.

Regulacja siodełka w pionie

OSTRZEŻENIE! Przy najniższym ustawieniu siodełka zachodzi nie-

bezpieczeństwo zmiażdżenia podczas odkręcania i mocowania

pionowego ustawienia siodełka.

H 1.1 – H 1.3 Odkręcanie sztycy rowerowej

aby prawe kolano znajdowało się nad środkiem
