SET (krótko nacisnąć)

Ten przycisk funkcyjny pozwala na wywołanie

wprowadzania.

Wprowadzone dane zostają przejęte.

SET (nacisnąć dłużej)

Przy wyświetlaniu wszystkich segmentów:

wywołanie „Ustawień indywidualnych”

Reset

Ten przycisk funkcyjny pozwala na skasowanie

aktualnego wskazania dla ponownego startu.

Program

Ten przycisk funkcyjny pozwala na wybieranie

różnych programów.

Ponowne naciśnięcie > następny program

Dłuższe naciśnięcie > przebieg programu

Przyciski minus – / plus +

Za pomocą tych przycisków funkcyjnych przed

treningiem zmieniane są wartości różnych menu, a

podczas treningu zmieniana jest wydajność.

• dalej „plus”

• lub powrót „minus”

• dłuższe naciskanie > szybka zmiana

• „plus” i „minus” naciśnięte razem:

• wydajność przeskakuje na 25 W

• programy przeskakują na początek

• wprowadzana wartość przeskakuje na wył. (off)

RECOVERY

Ta funkcja pozwala na włączenie funkcji pulsu

odpoczynkowego.

Pomiar pulsu możliwy jest przez 2 źródła:
