Trainingsbeginn
Drücken der SET-Taste weckt die Anzeige aus dem Standby-
Betrieb auf. Es werden alle Segmente und danach die die trai-
niereten Geamtkilometer kurz angezeigt.
Trainingsbereitschaft
Die Pulsanzeige zeigt einen Wert oder “P”, wenn kein Pulswert
erfasst wird.
Der Leistungswert zeigt 25 Watt.
Alle anderen Werte zeigen “0“.
Die Betriebsart “Gangschaltung mit Gang 1“ wird angezeigt
oder durch gemeinsames Drücken der Pfeil- Tasten die Betriebs-
art “Leistung“
Training
Das Training beginnt durch Pedaltreten.
Die Anzeigen für Pedalumdrehungen, Geschwindigkeit, Entfer-
nung, und Zeit zählen hoch.
Die “Pfeil -Tasten“ oder die Schalter der Gangschaltung ändern
den Gang oder den Leistungswert.
Trainingsunterbrechung
Hören Sie mit dem Pedaltreten auf. Fällt die Pedalumdrehung
unter 10 U/min, wird Trainingsunterbrechung erkannt. Die
Durchschnittswerte für Umdrehung, Geschwindigkeit, Leistung
werden mit dem Ø Zeichen angezeigt.
