Die Anzeige wacht aus dem Standby-Mode auf.

Auswahl wird übernommen.

Eingaben werden aufgerufen. Die Einstellung wird übernom-

men.

Durchschnittanzeige für 5 Sekunden

SET länger drücken

im Stillstand

Neustart der Anzeige. (Reset)

im Training

Wechsel in die Betriebsart “Pulsgesteuert“. Ist nur in der

Betriebsart “Leistung“ möglich.

Pfeil links / Pfeil rechts drücken

Ändert den Gang, die Einstellung oder den Wert. Längerer

Druck auf die Tasten bewirkt eine schnellere Werteänderung.

Pfeil links + Pfeil rechts gemeinsam drücken

nach Reset bei Anzeige aller Segmente

Aufruf des Menü “Individuelle Einstellungen“.

im Stillstand/Training

Wechsel zwischen Betriebsart “Gangschaltung“ und “Leistung“.

Pulsmessung

Der Empfänger ist bei dieser Elektronik hinter der Anzeige plaziert.

(Brustgurte gehören nicht immer zum Lieferumfang)

Der POLAR-Brustgurt T34 ohne Einsteckempfänger ist als

Zubehör (Art.-Nr. 67002000) erhältlich. Es funktionieren nur „5

kHz Systeme von POLAR“.

Anzeigebereich / Display

Der Anzeigebereich informiert über die verschiedenen Funktio-

nen und jeweils gewählten Einstellmodi.
