BETRIEB DES ANZEIGECOMPUTERS RUN 1

1. Tasten:

1.1 SET: Einstellung von Zeit oder Strecke oder Kalorien in

Standby-Betrieb.

1.2 START/STOP: Startet das Laufband aus dem Standby-

Betrieb mit 3-Sekunden Countdown oder stoppt das

Laufband im Training.

1.3 SPEED -/+: unter MODE Änderung von Einstellungen,

im Training Änderung der Geschwindigkeit langsa-

mer/schneller

1.4 Schnellwahltasten Geschwindigkeit 3 km/h, 6 km/h, 9

km/h, 12 km/h im Training einstellen.

1.5 MODE: Im Standby-Betrieb können Sie Programme P1

~ U1 einstellen, im Training die unteren Anzeigeberei-

che wechseln.

1.6 CLEAR: Wenn Sie diese Taste drücken, wird die aktuel-

le Anzeige gelöscht und das Gerät geht in den Stand-

by-Betrieb.

1.7 INCLINE /: unter MODE Änderung von Einstellun-

gen, im Training Änderung der Steigung

weniger/mehr

1.8 Schnellwahltasten Steigung: 3 %; 6 %; 9 %; 12 % im

Training einstellen.

1.9 Schnellwahltaste „12“ Im Standby-Betrieb wird die

Erholpulsfunktion ausgeführt.

2. Anzeigen auf dem Display:

2.1 PROG.: zeigt das PROGRAMM an

2.2 TIME: zeigt die ZEIT an

2.3 SPEED: zeigt die Geschwindigkeit an

2.4 INCL.: zeigt die STEIGUNG an;

2.5 PULSE: zeigt den PULS an

2.6 DIST.: zeigt die STRECKE an;

2.7 CAL.: zeigt die KALORIEN an;
