Ausgangsposition: Doppelseilzug nach unten stellen. Seit-
lich zum Gerät stehen. Fußschlaufe am gerätfernen Bein
anbringen.
Bewegungsausführung: Das Bein mit Fußschlaufe gegen
den Widerstand vom Gerät wegführen.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Abduktor, Gesäß muskulatur

7. Abductor flexion, standing, with double rope pulley
Starting position: Set the double rope pulley to the down position. Stand with the
apparatus at your side. Attach the loop to the leg furthest away from the apparatus.
Movement: Move the leg with the loop away from the apparatus against its resis-
tance.
Muscles used: Abductor, seat muscles

7. Flexion de l’abducteur en position debout sur le double câble de traction
Position de départ : disposez le double câble de traction en bas. Mettez-vous
debout à côté de l’appareil. Posez le bracelet à la cheville sur la jambe éloignée
de l’appareil.
Exécution du mouvement : éloignez la jambe portant le bracelet de cheville contre
la résistance de l’appareil.

Posizione di partenza: posizionare la fune doppia in basso. Posizionarsi in piedi
lateralmente all’attrezzo. Applicare la cinghia alla gamba lontana dall’attrezzo.
Esecuzione del movimento: allontanare dall’attrezzo la gamba con la cinghia
contrastando la resistenza.
Muscolatura sollecitata: abduttore, muscolatura dei glutei

Pozycja wyjściowa: wyciąg linowy podwójny ustawić w dół. Stajemy bokiem
do urządzenia. Pętlę na stopę założyć na nogę zewnętrzną (oddaloną od
urządzenia).
Wykonywanie ruchów: nogę z pętlą na stopę odwodzimy pokonując opór od
urządzenia.
Obciążone mięśnie: mięsień odwodzący, mięśnie pośladków

Posição inicial: Coloque o cabo de tracção duplo em baixo. Coloque-se em pé,
de lado para o aparelho. Coloque o laço para o na perna que estiver mais
afastada do aparelho.
Execução do movimento: faça força com a perna que tem o laço para o pé,
puxando-a para longe do aparelho.
