Starting position: Set the 3D-FLEXMOTION arms to point down-
wards. Stand with the machine at the side.
Movement: Keeping the upper body straight, bend it to the side
away from the machine.
Muscles used: Lateral belly muscles
F 31. Traction latérale
Position de départ : positionnez les bras 3D-FLEXMOTION vers le
bas. Mettez-vous debout à côté de l’appareil.
Exécution du mouvement : éloignez-vous de l’appareil en vous
