D 27. Kreuzziehen
Ausgangsposition: 3D-FLEXMOTION-Arme
nach schräg unten einstellen. Sitz einklappen
und Seilverlängerungen einhängen. Stand vor
dem Gerät mit Gesicht zum Gerät. Die
Schlaufen werden überkreuz mit gestreckten
Armen gefasst.
Bewegungsausführung: Schulterblätter zusam-
menziehen und die gestreckten Arme diagonal
nach oben ziehen.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Rhomboideus, hintere und mittlere
Schultermuskulatur, Trizeps
GB 27. Crosswise pull
Starting position: Set the 3D-FLEXMOTION arms to point diago-
nally downwards. Fold the seat in and attach the rope exten-
sions. Stand facing the machine. Cross the ropes and grasp the
loops with the arms stretched.
Movement: Pull the shoulder blades together and pull the stret-
ched arms diagonally upwards.
Muscles used: Rhomboid muscle, rear and middle shoulder mu-
scles, triceps
F 27. Traction de câbles en croix
Position de départ : positionnez les bras 3D-FLEXMOTION en
biais vers le bas. Rentrez le siège en le rabattant et accrochez
les rallonges de câble. Mettez-vous debout devant l’appareil, le
visage tourné vers l’appareil. Saisissez les poignées en forme de
boucles en croisant les câbles, les bras en extension.
Exécution du mouvement : ramenez les omoplates l’une contre
l’autre et faites faire une traction en diagonale vers le haut aux
bras en extension.

Uitgangspositie : 3D-FLEXMOTION-armen schuin naar onderen
instellen. Zitting inklappen en de kabelverlenging inhaken. Ga
voor het apparaat staan met het gezicht naar het apparaat. De
lussen kruislings met gestrekte armen vastpakken.
Beweging: schouderbladen samentrekken en de gestrekte armen
diagonaal naar boven bewegen.
Gebruikte spieren: rhomboideus, achterste en middelste schou-
derspieren, triceps
E 27. Movimiento en cruz
Posición inicial: ajustar los brazos del 3D-FLEXMOTION inclina-
dos hacia abajo. Plegar el asiento y colocar los alargadores del
cable. Situarse de pie mirando hacia el aparato. Agarrar los est-
ribos cruzados con los brazos estirados.
Movimiento: contraer los omóplatos y mover los brazos estirados
hacia arriba en diagonal.
Músculos utilizados: romboides, músculos traseros y centrales de
los hombros, tríceps

Esecuzione del movimento: contrarre le scapole e portare le brac-
cia tese verso l’alto, con direzione diagonale.

trale delle spalle, tricipiti

Ausgangsposition: 3D-FLEXMOTION-Arme
nach oben einstellen. Rücken gerade an das
Polster anlehnen. Oberarme in Verlängerung
der Schulterachse. 90°-Winkel im Ellenbogen -
gelenkt.
Bewegungsausführung: Im Schultergelenk nach
innen rotieren.
Beanspruchte Muskulatur: Rotatoren man schet te: Innenrotatoren
GB 28. Inward shoulder rotation
Starting position: Set the 3D-FLEXMOTION arms to point up-
wards. Keeping the back straight, lean against the back rest. The
upper arms are extended at shoulder level. The arms are bent at
90° at the elbows.
Movement: Turn inward at the shoulder joint.
Muscles used: Rotator cuff, inner rotator
F 28. Rotation interne des épaules
Position de départ : positionnez les bras 3D-FLEXMOTION vers le
haut. Adossez-vous, le dos bien droit, au dossier rembourré. Les
bras se trouvent dans le prolongement de l’axe des épaules.
Angle à 90° dirigé dans le coude.
Exécution du mouvement : faites une rotation vers l’intérieur dans
l’articulation des épaules.

Met rechte rug tegen het kussen gaan zitten. De bovenarmen in het
verlengde van de schouderas. De ellebogen zijn 90° gebogen.
Beweging: vanuit de schoudergewrichten inwaarts roteren.
Gebruikte spieren: ronde armspieren
E 28. Rotación interior de los hombros
Posición inicial: fijar los brazos del 3D-FLEXMOTION hacia arri-
ba. Apoyar la espalda recta contra el respaldo. Brazos en pro-
longación del eje de los hombros. Articulación del codo flexiona-
da 90°.
Movimiento: realizar rotaciones de la articulación del hombro
hacia el interior.
Músculos utilizados: manguito de los rotadores, rotadores internos
