Ročni vnos ciljnih vrednosti utripa

Vnosi in možnosti nastavitve so analogne s programsko

Obremenitev se samodejno povečuje od vnesene stopn-
je, dokler ni dosežen ciljni utrip (npr. 130).

V programih HRC, je v območju določitev možna določi-
tev začetne obremenitve od stopnje 1 – 10.
S “plus” ali “minus” vnesite vrednosti (npr. 10)
Obremenitev se samodejno povečuje od vnesene stopn-
je, dokler ni dosežen ciljni utrip (npr. 130).
Utrip
S “Plus” ali “Minus” lahko na tem mestu (pripravljenost
na vadbo) še spremenite vrednost utripa, npr s 130 na
140.
Začetek vadbe s stopanjem po pedalih.

• KETTLER priporoča pri HRC programih meritev utripa s
prsnim pasom.
• Prilagajanje obremenitve se izvaja pri HRC programih
z odstopanjem +/– 6 utripov srca.

Menjava prikaza med vadbo
Menjava: ročna
S “PROGRAM” se prikaz v točkovnem polju spreminja v
naslednjem zaporedju: Time / RPM / Speed / Dist. /
Pulse / Brake / Ener. / Time ...
Menjava: samodejno (SCAN)
Tipko “PROGRAM”- pritiskajte tako dolgo, dokler se na
zaslonu ne pokaže simbol “SCAN”. Menjava prokazov v
5-sekundnem taktu. Funkcija SCAN se konča s ponovnim
pritiskom tipke “PROGRAM”, funkcije Recovery ali preki-
nitvijo vadbe.
Nastavitev profila obremenitve
Če obremenitev spreminjate med potekom programa,
učinkuje sprememba od utripajočega stolpca v desno.
