Allenamento con impostazioni dello sforzo
a) Impostazioni manuali dello sforzo
(PROGRAM) “Count Up”
Azionare “PROGRAM” fino a: Indicatore: “Count Up”
Iniziare l’allenamento, conteggio incrementale di tutti i
valori.
Oppure
Azionare “Set”: ambito d’impostazione
Tasto “Più” o tasto “Meno”: modifica dello sforzo.
Inizio allenamento; conteggio incrementale di tutti i
valori.
(PROGRAM) “Count Down”
Azionare “PROGRAM” fino a: Indicatore: “Count
Down”
Il programma conta alla rovescia > 0 a partire dai
valori impostati. Se non hanno luogo impostazioni, l'al-
lenamento inizia con il programma “Count Up”.
All’avvio del programma deve essere presente almeno
un’impostazione per il tempo, l’energia o la distanza.
