RECOVERY Restitutionsfase

RECOVERY-funktionen kan benyttes efter hvert træningspro-

gram.

Restitutionspulsen måles med RECOVERY-tasten efter endt

træning. Afvigelse og fitnesskarakter beregnes ud fra start-

og slutpulsen. Ved ensartet træning er en forbedring af dette

tal et udtryk for en forbedret kondi.

Afslut træningen, når du har nået målværdierne, tryk på

RECOVERY-tasten, og lad hænderne ligge på pulssensorer-

ne. Ved forudgående måling af pulsen

vises 00:60 i displayet for tid, og den aktuelle pulsværdi

blinker i PULSE-displayet. Tiden begynder at tælle ned fra

00:60. Lad hænderne blive liggende på pulssensorerne, ind-

til der er talt ned til >0<. Til højre i displayet vises en værdi

mellem F1 og F6. F1 er den bedste og F6 den dårligste

karakter. Funktionen afsluttes ved at trykke én gang til på

RECOVERY.

Hvis der ikke måles nogen puls, mens tiden tæller baglæns,

vises en fejlmelding “Err”.

Afslutte træningen og standby-tilstand

Når træningen er afsluttet, skifter displayet til standby-tilstand

efter 4 minutter med visning af temperatur, hvis der ikke trykkes

på en tast, eller der ingen impulser kommer fra pedalerne, og

der ingen aktiv puls kan måles.

Den sidste træning kan fortsættes, hvis displayet aktiveres ved at

trykke på en tast eller træde i pedalerne.
