Den første profilbjælke blinker og kan ændres.
• Ved at dreje på “drejeknappen”, foretager du ændringer.
• Ved at trykke på “drejeknappen” gemmes belastningen og
der hoppes til næste bjælke
• Hold “drejeknappen” nede (profilen gemmes)
Træningstiden blinker og kan ændres. (her 16:00 minutter). Den
indstillede træningstid omregnes til 16 profilbjælker. Ved 16
minutter svarer en bjælke til 1 minut. Hvis der ikke vælges en
tid, skifter den aktuelle bjælke hvert 15. sekund.
Springe over eller vælge og gemme afstand
Springe over eller vælge og gemme energiforbruget
Springe over eller vælge og gemme puls igen træningstid osv.
Træning
• Tryk på “START STOP”
• Træd i pedalerne
Tid, afstand, energiforbrug tæller nedad. Hvis pulsmålingen
er aktiv, overvåges pulsen og værdien blinker som advarsel,
hvis man kommer over den valgte værdi.
Oprette profil, mens man træner
Den første profilbjælke blinker og kan ændres.
• Hold “drejeknappen” nede
Træningstiden blinker og kan ændres. (her 16:00 minutter)
Træning
• Tryk på “START STOP”
• Træd i pedalen
• “Drej drejeknappen til højre eller venstre”
Belastningen øges eller nedsættes
Når der hoppes til næste bjælke, gemmes trinnet. Når den ind-
stillede tid er nået (0 blinker, 8 advarselstoner) kan man se i dis-
playet, at træningen er afbrudt, ved at tiden blinker, og der
vises et STOP. De indstillede værdier vises igen. Profilen gem-
mes.
Displayet aktiveres igen ved at trykke på “START STOP“ tasten
og træde i pedalerne.
Når du vælger træningsområdet PERSONAL, vises din personli-
ge profil.
