I 16. Stiramento delle gambe
Posizione di partenza: inserire il curl per le gambe e assicurarlo. Sedile sulla
panca. I popliti si trovano sulle imbottiture delle gambe. Le articolazioni dei
piedi si trovano dietro le imbottiture inferiori dei piedi del curler.
Esecuzione del movimento: stirare le gambe nell´articolazione delle ginoc-
chia e piegare.
Effetto: muscolatura dell´estensore delle gambe.
CZ 16. Vzpírání zátěže nohami v sedě
Výchozí pozice: Nasadíme posilovač nohou a zajistíme jej. Sed na lavičce,
kolenní klouby se nacházejí na nožním polstru, nožní klouby pak zabírají
pod spodním polstrem posilovače nohou.
Vedení pohybů: Nohy v kolenním kloubu pokrčujeme, a opět narovnáváme.
Působí na: Svaly natahující nohy.

Pozycja wyjściowa: zamontować podpórkę pod nogi. Usiąść na
ławce. Dołki podkolanowe znajdują się na podpórkach. Stawy stóp
znajdują się za dolnymi podpórkami stóp.
Przebieg ćwiczenia: wyprostować nogi w stawie kolanowym i zgiąć.
Działanie: mięśnie prostowniki nóg.
D 16. Beinstrecken
GB 16. Leg extension
Starting position: Push leg curler into position and lock. Sit upright on bench.
The back of the knees are resting on the leg rests. The ankles are behind the
lower foot rests of the curler.
Exercise: Bend and straighten the legs at the knees.
Benefits: Leg extensors.
F 16. Etendre les jambes
Position initiale: mettre le leg ischios jambier en place et l´y verrouiller. Assis
sur le banc. Le creux des genoux sur les manchons rembourrés pour les
jambes. Les articulations des pieds se trouvent derrière les manchons capiton-
nés arrière pour les pieds.
Mouvement: étendre les jambes aux genoux et les plier.
Musculation: muscles d´extension des jambes.

Uitgangspositie: plaats de beencurler en zet deze in een hoge stand. Ga op
de bank zitten. Uw knieholten rusten hierbij op de beenrollen. Uw wreven
bevinden zich achter de onderste voetrollen van de curler.
Oefening: strek en buig uw benen.
Getrainde spieren: Met deze oefening worden de beenstrekspieren getraind.
S 16. Bencurl, framåt
Utgångsläge: Sätt fast bencurlen och säkra. Sitt på bänken. Knävecken ligger
på fotkuddarna. Fotlederna ligger an mot den nedre fotkudden på curlen.
Övning: Sträck och böj benen i knäleden.
Påverkar: bensträckarmuskulaturen
E 16. Estirar las piernas
Posición inicial: Fijar y asegurar el curler para las piernas. Sentado sobre el
banco. Los huecos popl´teos se encuentran sobre los acolchonamientos para
las piernas. Las articulaciones del pie se encuentran detrás de los acolchona-
mientos del curler para los pies.
Movimiento: Estirar y flexionar las piernas en la rodilla.
Efecto sobre: Los gemelos.
Ausgangsposition: Beincurler aufstecken und sichern.
Sitz auf der Bank. Die Kniekehlen befinden sich auf
den Beinpolstern. Die Fußgelenke befinden sich hinter
den unteren Fußpolstern des Curlers
Bewegungsausführung: Beine im Kniegelenk strecken
und beugen.
Wirkung: Beinstreckmuskulatur.
