Quick Start

(Vejledning, ingen indstilling)

Når der tændes på hovedafbryderen, vises alle segmenter og

derefter den samlede vej og tid nederst i displayet.

Klar til træning

Efter et par sekunder vises programmet "Count Up". Personen

"Gæst" vises.

Start af træning

Ved cykling er værdierne for trædefrekvens, hastighed,

tilbagelagt vej, træningstid og energiforbrug vigtige. Puls (hvis

pulsmålingen er aktiv) viser den aktuelle værdi. Værdien i %

over POWER viser forholdet mellem ydelsen og maksimalydel-

sen, der kan indstilles individuelt.

Ændring af ydelsen under træningen:

Ved at trykke plus-knappen forøges ydelsen i intervaller på 5.

Ved at trykke minus-knappen formindskes ydelsen i intervaller

på 5.

Pause i træningen

Hvis trædefrekvensen falder under 10 U/min, registreres en

pause i træningen. Trædefrekvens og hastighed viser "0"

Trædefrekvens, hastighed, ydelse og puls (hvis den måles)

vises som gennemsnitsværdier. Afstand, energiforbrug og træ-

ningstid vises som værdier i alt.

“Menu“ ”User” vil blive forklaret på side 5. ”Display” på side

9. ”Presetting” på side 7, ”CoolDown” og ”WarmUp” på

siderne 12/13

Stand by

Når der ikke trænes videre, og knapperne ikke trykkes, skifter

visningen til standby. Hvor lang tid der skal gå, før visningen

skifter til standby, kan indstilles i menuen "Indstillinger/stand-

by". Når der tykkes en knap, eller træningen fortsættes, tæn-

des displayet igen og er klar til træning.
